As I promised you to post a new article about ' back to school ' ! Of course everything will change : Waking up at the morning , your breakfast will be very necessary it means more healthier than before , your clothes , you should get always a postive vibes .
I think breakfast is the most important thing in school morning routine ! We need to eat healthy things to focus more on our lessons and our exams . At the same time it should be quicker because we don't have a lot of time in the morning we take more time in getting ready : Make up , what we are going to wear , what we will pick up with us for our day in school (books ..etc) .
So here's the recipe of my favorite breakfast ever it's so easy to make :
Oatmeal with banana
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of oats
-1 cup of milk
- 1 banana
How to make it :
- In a small saucepan, bring milk to a boil; stir in oats. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the banana, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon (Optional) . Serve with additional milk and cinnamon if desired .
